Registration includes access to all Scientific Sessions (Plenary Lectures & Workshops) and:

  • Access to all Industry Workshops
  • Access to the Exhibits and Posters
  • 3 Days Breakfast
  • 3 Days Lunch
  • 3 Morning Coffee Breaks, 2 Afternoon Coffee & Soda Breaks

 

Categories

There are 3 types of registration categories: 

  • Non-profit - includes those at University and Government organizations. 
  • Industry - includes those at companies and commercial organizations. 
  • Student - must be Pre-Ph.D and upload a letter of certification from their Department Chairperson.

 There are 3 tiers of registration, based on date:

  • Early Registration - January 1, 2018  through April 15, 2018
  • Standard Registration - April 16, 2018 through May 29, 2018
  • On-Site Registration - After May 29, 2018

 

For those who wish to attend only one workshop or one day of the meeting, we offer a Single Day Rate of $150.

Payment

We accept payment via credit card in US currency.  No cash payments will be accepted for on-site registration.

 

Location

Upon your arrival at the conference, please present an ID to pick up your registration materials at the Registration Desk, located on Level 3 of the hotel.

Registration will be open:

  • Wednesday May 30 / 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Thursday May 31 / 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Friday June 1 /  8:00 am - 12:00 pm
